Trefl's win with PGE Turów gets them closer to be on the first place after Tauron Basket Liga's first stage. At the beginning no team could get any high advantage. Trefl in second quarter played better and they were winning even 38:28 after John Turek's shot. The lead was even bigger in the next part of the game - the guest were winning 58:45. Then PGE Turów started to chase the score. In the end it was close again. Two minutes to the end the score was tied 81:81. Aaron Cel's three-pointer got PGE Turów a one point advantage (86:85). But the big men from Zgorzelec was not the hero of the game. Adam Waczyński managed to make a big shot. Ronald Moore had 11 second to win the game for PGE Turów, but he did not make the lay-up.
The best player in Trefl team was John Turek, who had 22 points and 10 rebounds. John Edwards also had 22 points for PGE Turów.
