The hosts started the game very well, with a small advantage. But the second quarter was better for the team from Włocławek. As it appeared, it was the key to success in the whole game. After two John Allen' and one Krzysztof Szubarga' shots Anwil was winning 35:30 and did not give it up to the end. However Śląsk had a chance to win in the last minutes. Anwil was struggling on the free-throw line, but Aleksander Maldenović could not execute his last action in the paint. Śląsk had 15 turnovers and could not count on Qa'rraan Calhoun, who missed all of his five distance shots. The hosts were playing without Adam Wójcik and Paul Graham.

John Allen was the best player in Anwil' team - he shot 18 points. Slavisa Bogavac also had 18 points for Śląsk.
