Anwil played great defence in the first half and Asseco Prokom could not score more than 14 points in the first 14 minutes. The team from Gdynia led for the first time in the last minutes of the third quarter, after two three-pointers by Filip Widenow and Tommy Adams. Dardan Berisha also shot some difficult threes, which helped Anwil stay on the right track. The team from Gdynia was rebounding better, but was struggling from the free throw line. The score was changing several times after that, but in the end Asseco Prokom was better. Widenow was the best scorer of the game with 21 points. Paul Miller had 18 points and seven rebounds for Anwil.
The score in Trefl Sopot - PGE Turów Zgorzelec game was also very close. PGE Turów had a chance for the first place and Trefl just wanted to be third. Five Trefl’s players scored 10 or more points and Paweł Kikowski was the best shooter with 16. The big men from Sopot were playing better - Dragan Ceranić had even 15 points and eight rebounds. Trefl managed do stop Torey Thomas in the second half, which was one of the keys to the victory. David Jackson, one of the most efficient PGE Turów’s plateys, shot only twice from the field, missing nine times. The best shooter for the team from Zgorzelec was Marko Brkić with 16.
