Nowym trenerem AZS Koszalin został Teo Cizmić. Asystentem Chorwata będzie znany z pierwszoligowego Radexu Szczecin Wojciech Zeidler.

Teo Cizmić finished his international basketball career in 2006. He played mostly in Croatian and Belgian clubs. As a player, he won the Euroleague two times.

Cizmić was an assistant coach in KK Split for three years (2006-2009). In the 2009/2010 he got a head coach job in Steaua Bucharest (Romania) and advanced with this team to the play-offs. One year later, he coached that team in Eurochallenge. Last season he was the assistant coach of Jasmin Repesa in Cibona Zagreb.
