Energa Czarni lost the game because of Trefl’s domination in the paint. The team from Sopot had 40 rebounds (16 in offence) - Energa Czarni only 18! Trefl had many second chance shots and more occasions to stand on the free throw line. One of the best scorers of the team form Słupsk - Cameron Bennerman got an injury and could not play his regular minutes. The best scorer in Trefl was Adam Waczyński, who had 18 points. It was also a good game for Filip Dylewicz, who shot 16 points, and had three assists. Mantas Censauskis with 22 points was the most effective player in the Energa Czarni’s team.
Anwil was losing in the first quarter, but the rest of the game was better for the team from Włocławek. PBG Basket Poznań had problems with their three point shots efficiency. It was a great game for Scott Morrison, who played only 16 minutes and had 16 points and five rebounds in that limited time. Anwil moved the ball better and won playing without one of their best player - Nikola Jovanović, who is injured. Dardan Berisha shot 15 points for them, being their second option in offence. The best scorer for PBG Basket was Eddie Miller, with 21.
Igor Milicić from AZS Koszalin had 16 assists against Polpharma - it is the new season record. He is now also first in the all-time assists classification of Polish Basketball League. With 906 assists he is now better than Tomas Pacesas (891).
