Trefl was better especially in the first quarter. The leader of Zastal - Walter Hodge was not playing his best basketball and had problems with scoring. After couple of minutes the team from Sopot was winning even 15:5. Vonteego Cummings opened the next part of the game with a three and Trefl was gaining even more advantage. It was the key moment of the game, as it appeared. Later Hodge started to play better, and with him the whole team, but it did not sufficed.
The team from Zielona Góra at some point of the came closer to Trefl, but the guests instantly raised their advantage to 10 or more points. It happened mainly because of Łukasz Koszarek' great distance shooting. At the end of the game Zastal tried that one more time, but they had too little time to get the win.
Łukasz Koszarek was named MVP of the game. He had 25 points and three assists.
